1 Henry thinks some methods are better than others
Henry knows about a different approach to managing soil, called No Dig, and feels strongly that
there are many benefits to this approach.
He wishes there was tangible demand for it that he could market at.
He also wishes more farms would adopt it and knows and that mainstream farms do not do.
2 He uses Follow This Food to create a community answer on the topic of Tilling
He comes on to follow this food and works on an answer on the topic of tilling.
He collaborates with other people in the subject to lay out their views on the different methods of tilling and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
They believe that not digging the soil is really beneficial to ecology and soil and shows that good farming has been done, which they lay out.
Each claim they make leads on to further research that deals with more specific questions.

3 On a product is an active label as well as the claim about this lesser known method.

In a veg box there is a leaflet is delivered that has a QR code on it. Scanning the qr code let's you know where the contents of this box came from. The trace is able to do this.
When it is scanned, or put into the computer, then the farms directory page says it is used no dig. The answer next to this claim is Henry's and his collaborators.

Julie visits a farmshop and next to a box of carrots is the claim they are no dig. Scanning the QR brings up Henry’s, and his collaborators, answer explaining why this method in their opinion is so good and why other methods you could choose are of not so good.
4 From starting point of a physical product her mind can be changed forever
By scanning the product she joins in the discussion about no dig. She can have explained to her the benefits of it.
By engaging with this discussion she now may be quite persuaded of the value of this sort of product.
Unlike some information on the internet she can more easily gain trust for a point of view. She can see competing groups points of views, She can see who is behind different views. Any questionable point made can be fact checked. She can get to know names of people she like the viewpoint of.
4 She can really ponder the idea by comparing this view with what others say and by looking into further questions.
5 She can find more producers making no dig food.
She is able to search the directory for businesses who do things in a No Dig way.
